Course Description

武術(shù)散打是中華武術(shù)之精華,是具有獨特民族風(fēng)格的體育項目,多年來在民間廣為流傳和發(fā)展。深受人們的歡迎,有著良好的群眾基礎(chǔ)。本課程在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生掌握體育與健康的知識、技能,掌握科學(xué)鍛煉身體的方式、方法,接受終身體育的思想,形成終生鍛煉的習(xí)慣及提高審美能力等方面會起到重要的作用。學(xué)生通過本課程學(xué)習(xí)后,能夠運用武術(shù)散打基本技能進行娛樂與健身。

本課程旨在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生掌握武術(shù)散打的基本知識、基本技術(shù)和基本技能,掌握科學(xué)鍛煉身體的方式方法,力求在此基礎(chǔ)上形成科學(xué)的健康觀和健康生活方式,提高素質(zhì),健體防身,增進交流,加強友誼,培養(yǎng)良好的社會心態(tài),并掌握切實可行的終生體育鍛煉技術(shù)和技能,達到“身、心、群”健康發(fā)展的目的。

Wushu sanda is the essence of Chinese   martial arts, Is a sport with unique national style, In the civil widely   circulated and development for many years. Welcomed by people and has a good   mass base. In this course to cultivate students to master the knowledge,   Skills, Sports and health, To master the ways, Methods of scientific physical   exercise, To accept the thought of lifetime sports, Form the habit of   lifelong exercise and improve the aesthetic ability, Etc, Will play an   important role. After students through learning this course, To be able to   use the basic skills of wushu sanda in entertainment and fitness.

The purpose of this course is to cultivate   students to master basic knowledge of wushu sanda, Basic technology and basic   skills, Master the methods of scientific physical exercise, Strive to on the   basis of forming scientific and healthy way of life, Improve quality, Health   self-defense, Increase exchanges, Enhance friendship, Cultivate good social   mentality, And master the practical and feasible lifelong physical training   techniques and skills, To achieve Mind, Body, And group of   Healthy development purposes.
