Course Description

養(yǎng)生課程主要有健身氣功和養(yǎng)生太極拳組成。已經(jīng)有著數(shù)千年歷史的健身氣功,是一項(xiàng)精神與身體相結(jié)合的全面運(yùn)動(dòng),具有深厚的東方體育文化與哲學(xué)背景,主要是通過(guò)呼吸功法、姿勢(shì)練習(xí)、放松術(shù)等來(lái)增進(jìn)人們身、心、群的全面健康,具有身心兼?zhèn)涞慕∩硇?,并且適用于所有年齡段與健康狀況的全面性與包含有呼吸、姿勢(shì)及意識(shí)的系統(tǒng)性等特點(diǎn),深受人們喜愛,非常適合大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí),并在全球有著越來(lái)越廣泛的開展。經(jīng)常進(jìn)行健身氣功練習(xí),可以有效培養(yǎng)人體的靈敏與柔韌等素質(zhì),改善運(yùn)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、消化系統(tǒng)、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)等,增強(qiáng)身體的感知力,提高情緒的掌控能力。

本課程旨在讓學(xué)生掌握健身氣功的基本知識(shí)、技術(shù)、技能和科學(xué)鍛煉身體的方式方法,培養(yǎng)良好的社會(huì)心態(tài),并力求在此基礎(chǔ)上形成科學(xué)的健康觀和健康生活方式。

Regimen is mainly composed of Health Qigong and   Health Taichi. Has a history of thousands of years, Health Qigong is a   comprehensive sports combined spirit and body. With profound oriental sports   culture and philosophic background, Health Qigong issued to improve overall   health of body and mind throughthe way of breathing exercises, asanaand   meditation, etc.. It is well known thatHealth Qigong is loved by different   people and is quiet fit for college students to practice as well as getting   more and more global popular as its amazing characters such as physical and   mental fitness, overall good for all ages and health status and has an   organic system of breathing exercises, asanaand consciousness. Regular Health   Qigongpractice can effectively cultivate the body's sensitive and flexible   quality, improve motion/motor system, digestive system, nervous system and   enhance the physical perception as well as improve the ability to control   emotions.

This course is tend to help students to master the basic knowledge,   techniques and skills of Health Qigong and scientific method of exercise, and   then cultivate their social mentality, on the base of which could create sort   of possibility to pursuit or form a scientific concept of health and healthy   life style.
