課程簡(jiǎn)介 Course Description | 跆拳道是一項(xiàng)運(yùn)用手足技術(shù)、重在足技進(jìn)行搏擊格斗的朝鮮民族傳統(tǒng)體育項(xiàng)目,是一項(xiàng)廣受各國(guó)人民喜愛的搏擊運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目,有“世界第一搏擊運(yùn)動(dòng)”的美稱,被世人稱為踢的藝術(shù)。它不僅具有極高的技擊實(shí)用性和觀賞性,而且也是一種精美的形體藝術(shù)和行之有效的強(qiáng)身健體方法。跆拳道運(yùn)動(dòng)倡導(dǎo)“以禮始,以禮終”的尚武精神,并且以“禮儀廉恥,忍耐克己,百折不屈”為練習(xí)的根本宗旨,完善習(xí)練者的人格和品行。 本課程旨在引導(dǎo)和幫助學(xué)生熟練掌握跆拳道基本知識(shí)、技能和科學(xué)鍛煉身體的方式,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的綜合身體素質(zhì),形成終生體育鍛煉意識(shí)和習(xí)慣。 | ||||
Taekwondo is a Korean traditional martial art, characterized by its emphasis on head-height kicks, jumping and spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques. It has already gained worldwide popularity and is renowned as “No. 1 Boxing” and “Art of Kicking”. Highly applicable for the practitioners and pleasing to the audience, Taekwondo is also an exquisite body art and an effective body-building method. Moreover, attaching much importance to the propriety, this sport aims to enhance practitioners’sense of propriety, justiceand honor, and foster their endurance, self-discipline, and indomitable spirit. The purpose of this course is to teach students basic knowledge and skills Taekwondo, teach them scientific way of body building, enhance the students’physical fitness, and raise students’ awareness of lifelong physical exercise, and help them form a good exercise habit. |
