Course Description

網(wǎng)球運動被稱為世界第二大球類運動,它與高爾夫球、保齡球、桌球并稱為世界四大紳士運動,是深受人們喜愛,極富樂趣的一項體育活動。它既是一種消遣,一種增進(jìn)健康的方式,也是一種藝術(shù)追求和享受,當(dāng)然它還是一種扣人心弦的競賽項目。網(wǎng)球運動能培養(yǎng)速度、力量、耐力、靈敏等身體素質(zhì),改善和提高人的運動系統(tǒng)、消化系統(tǒng)、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)、心血管系統(tǒng)的功能。此外,網(wǎng)球運動的運動量和運動強(qiáng)度具有可調(diào)節(jié)性。

本課程將學(xué)生的健康、個性發(fā)展、成功的心理體驗和心理素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)作為重點,將學(xué)生主動參與網(wǎng)球鍛煉行為習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成、體育文化素養(yǎng)的提高作為最終目的。

Tennis is known as the world's second major ball   games, and it is known as the world's top four sports--golf, bowling,billiardsand   tennis is deeply loved by people. It is a very fun sport. It is not only a   pastime, a way to improve health, but also a kind of artistic pursuit and   enjoyment. Tennis sports can cultivate speed, strength, endurance, agility   and other physical qualities and it can improve and enhance people's sports   system, digestive system, nervous system and cardiovascular system function.   In addition, the amount of exercise and exercise intensity can be adjusted.

This course will focus on the development of   students' health, personality development, successful psychological   experience and psychological quality. This course will take the initiative to   participate in the formation of the habit of tennis exercise, improve the   quality of sports culture as the ultimate goal.
