Course Description

已經(jīng)有著數(shù)千年的歷史的瑜伽,是一項精神與身體結(jié)合的全面運動,具有深厚的東方體育文化與哲學(xué)背景,主要是通過呼吸功法、姿勢練習(xí)、放松術(shù)、瑜伽語音冥想等來增進人們身、心、群的全面健康,具有身心兼?zhèn)涞慕∩硇?、適用于所有年齡段與健康狀況的全面性與包含有呼吸、姿勢與語音冥想的系統(tǒng)性等特點,深受人們喜愛,非常適合大學(xué)生修習(xí),并在全球有著越來越廣泛的開展。經(jīng)常進行瑜伽練習(xí),可以有效培養(yǎng)人體的靈敏和柔韌素質(zhì),改善運動系統(tǒng)、消化系統(tǒng)、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)等,增強身體的感知力,提高情緒的掌控能力。

本課程旨在幫助學(xué)生掌握瑜伽的基本知識、技術(shù)和技能和科學(xué)鍛煉身體的方式方法,培養(yǎng)良好的社會心態(tài),并力求在此基礎(chǔ)上形成科學(xué)的健康觀和健康生活方式。

Has a   history of thousands of years, yoga is a comprehensive sports combined spirit   and body. With profound oriental sports culture and philosophic background, yoga   issuedto improve overall health of body and mind throughthe way of breathing   exercises, asana, nidra(savasana) and meditation, etc.. It is well known that   yoga is loved by different people and is quiet fit for college students to   practice as well as getting more and more global popular as its amazing   characters such as physical and mental fitness, overall good for all ages and   health status and has a organic system of breathing exercises, asana, nidra   and voice meditation. Regular yoga practice can effectively cultivate the   body's sensitive and flexible quality, improve motion/motor system, digestive   system, nervous system and enhance the physical perception as well as improve   the ability to control emotions.

This course is tend to help students to master   the basic knowledge, techniques and skills of yoga and scientific method of   exercise, and then cultivate their social mentality, on the base of which could   create sort of possibility to pursuit or form a scientific concept of health   and healthy life style.
