課程簡介 Course Description | 足球運動是激烈對抗而富有魅力的世界第一運動，具有高速度、快節(jié)奏、強對抗、高技巧、多變化、蘊含美、創(chuàng)造美、洋溢美及趣味性、健身性等特點，深受廣大學生的喜愛。本課程在培養(yǎng)學生掌握足球的基本知識、基本技術(shù)、基本技能，掌握科學鍛煉身體的方式、方法，接受終身體育的思想，形成終生鍛煉身體的習慣，提高運動技術(shù)、運動技能、審美能力及培養(yǎng)良好的體育道德和合作精神，正確處理競爭與合作的關(guān)系等方面會起到重要的作用。 | ||||
Football, with strong antagonism,is the most popular sport in the world. It has the characteristics of high speed, fast pace, strong resistance, excellent skills, variations, beauty, beauty creation, fun, fitness and so on which is popular among the students. This course is to advance students' basic knowledge and skills of football and to master the way of physical exercise, to accept lifelong sports ideas and habits , to increase motor skills and aesthetic ability, to train good sports morality and the spirit of cooperation, and to handle the relationship between competition and cooperation. | |||||
